Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I drive from 1.5 hours away and told service assistant before I left the coolant and brake fluid looked low. He said not to worry they will top off any fluids in the free multi-point inspection. Got home and both fluids are still well below the Minimum fluid marker. I can just fill myself, but pretty disappointing.
I was greeted promptly by gentleman working the desk, he was helpful and polite, explained where the waiting room was for me to wait. When my truck was finished he came and got me to finish the checkout process. When I returned to my truck I found the seat was covered in a plastic protective layer which was an extra step I appreciate. Overall very happy with the experience.
It was ok. I knew what I was looking for. The salesman John was good, came in on his day off to deliver the car. I was a little disappointed at the overall experience. I wasn't informed until I was getting ready to leave that I needed to obtain and pay for the inspection sticker that the dealership didn't have an inspection station. The second thing is the vehicle didn't have a full tank of gas, I needed to go in and ask the salesman about it, he promptly filled it for me. Third this was plastic screen protectors were still on the vehicle when I drove away. Lastly the tires were inflated to 45 lbs, which I needed to change myself. Things happen, any one of these things I get it. Just all 4 happening to the same customer lead me less than excited about the level of service I experienced overall.
I visited this dealership twice, with the intention of purchasing a Corvette. On my initial visit, I perceived a noticeable difference in the treatment I received based on my ethnicity, including a heightened focus on safeguarding keys. Despite attempting to overlook this, my return visit days later involved another unpleasant encounter with a different Caucasian staff member who spoke to me condescendingly. I communicated that I would not invest $100,000 in a place where I feel disrespected and my business is not appreciated. It seems that if you're a person of color, you may not receive the same level of recognition or value.
I came in for an oil change and a "check suspension" light. In 2 hours they did oil change and I had to reschedule diagnostic. So I took another trip in, waited 2 hours and was told it was my shock sensor. They wanted to replace for $800+ AND reccomended I do the other side for another $800+. I did not authorize that work, so I paid $150 for a diagnostic and when I went to leave saw that my windshield was cracked. I asked if they could explain that and they it was like that! I think I would know, I drove it there. Thanks for nothing and I will make sure I tell everyone what terrible service you provide!
Excellent service by the sales team. Robert was 100% upfront and transparent throughout the process. …
I normally get a free oil change. I'm allowed 2 per year. When my oil change was done I was told it would be $98. My next free one would have been in January. If I had been told when I made the appointment, I would have waited a week. I wasn't happy when I left
Service department is UNTRUSTWORTHY. After a day and 1/2 of holding my car the gentlemen who’s been there for “20 years” starts the conversation by saying “first let’s talk about the issues then we’ll talk about the figures. Everything is …
